Registered with ISC Saskatchewan Corporate Registry, we build BlindSense, a non-contact wellness monitoring kit for older adults — from embedded firmware to cloud intelligence and mobile apps.
Our focus is non-contact wellness sensing for aging in place: WiFi sensing, mmWave radar, and edge computing. We create non-invasive, privacy-respecting technology that helps families care for their loved ones — technology you don't notice, it simply works, quietly, in the background.
We design and build our products from the ground up — from embedded firmware running on custom hardware to cloud intelligence and native mobile applications. Every layer is crafted in-house.

BlindSense
A non-contact wellness monitoring kit for older adults. Three small wall-mounted boxes per room combine WiFi sensing and 60 GHz radar to observe activity patterns, sleep, room occupancy and bathroom dwell — without cameras, microphones, or wearables.
One box broadcasts a dedicated WiFi sensing field and another captures it, giving room-wide motion sensing that works through interior walls; a third box carries the radar aimed at the bed. The local decision runs on the device, and the cloud builds each resident's baselines, flags unusual inactivity, and keeps family informed through a companion app.
Unusual-Inactivity Flags
A room-state engine learns each resident's daily, weekly and monthly baselines and flags unusual inactivity or changes in pattern for family and care staff. Wellness insight, not an emergency service.
Breathing & Heart-Rate Patterns
A 60 GHz radar aimed at the bed samples breathing and heart-rate patterns while the person rests. Trends over days and weeks build a personal wellness baseline.
Room Occupancy & Activity
Knows whether the room is occupied, how active the person is, and how long bathroom visits take — from WiFi sensing, radar and a passive infrared sensor working together, so real cluttered rooms don't fool it.
"How's Mom?" Digest
A plain-language daily summary of your loved one's activity patterns, written by AI from the engine's own findings. The deterministic engine decides; the model only describes.

WiFi CSI Sensing
Channel-state information from a dedicated transmitter–receiver pair gives room-wide motion and occupancy sensing, including through interior walls. Router-independent: the kit creates its own sensing field.
Edge Computing
Sensor fusion and the local inactivity decision run on ESP32-S3 hardware, independent of the cloud. Every node updates over the air with A/B partitions.
Cloud Intelligence
Serverless backend in Rust on AWS: IoT Core ingestion, a deterministic behavioural engine on Lambda and DynamoDB that builds daily, weekly and monthly baselines, and Amazon Bedrock narration of wellness digests.
Mobile Applications
A native iOS app (Android planned) that keeps families informed: a daily wellness digest, activity timeline, room-state view, and notifications when patterns change.
